Etam works with the company ADYEN which integrates the SSL security standard. Your confidential data (card number, expiration date) are transmitted after encryption directly to the ADYEN server and are never transmitted to our server. The ADYEN server is itself connected to the servers of the banks in each country concerned.
When you pay with your credit card, the amount of your purchases is taken only at the time of the expedition of your order. If an item is missing, it will be automatically deducted from your payment (in case of payment via Paypal, we make a refund of the amount of the missing item).

Returns within 30 days of purchase date. Exceptionally, returns are extended until April 30, 2021 for all orders placed on or after March 22, 2021. Free exchanges and refunds in store. Only refunds are possible for warehouse returns.
